Vanilla Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream
full cream milk                     100ml
vanilla essence                     1 tsp
egg yorlk                             4
sugar                                   100g
whipping cream                   200ml
non dairy whipping cream    400ml
1.Beat egg and sugar till fluffy
2.Double boil full cream milk and whipping cream
3a. Add in no.1 cook till creamy add in vanilla essence, set for cool(about 40C) till hand can touch
4.Beat non dairy whipping cream till fluffy than add in 3a slightly beat till even
5.Keep for refergirated at list 12 hours...than serve~
